Returns - Refunds/Replacement
Please do not return your order to sender unless instructed by representative. We will provide refunds or replace merchandise (at no additional cost to you), if your request is submitted within the 15 days following expected delivery date and the order is lost during delivery, merchandise is received damaged or the merchandise has incurred a manufacturer's error, such as, the design on the merchandise presents as significantly different from the merchandise displayed on this site. Refunds and replacements will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as all merchandise is created upon order.
If you have determined that you are owed a refund or replacement due to shipping and/or manufacturer's negligence, please submit your request (with order number in subject line), via email to: email@example.com. If applicable, be prepared to submit a photo of the item(s) in question, so we can accurately correct any issues with our processes moving forward.
We do not offer refunds or replacement merchandise (at no cost to you) due to customer remorse or customer error, such as, selection of an incorrect size. For apparel, please ensure that you review sizing charts and any additional notes associated with the particular garment - Before Purchase.
Our products are created within 1-3 business days on average, upon placement of order. This is the Fulfillment time.

- Canada / Hawaii / Alaska / U.S. territories Shipping Speed 3-6 Business Days. Flat Rate (shipping & handling) $7.99
- International Shipping Speed (Rest of the World) 3-6 Business Days. Flat Rate (shipping & handling) $9.99 [We do not ship to Cuba, Iran and North Korea]

Please be advised that if different products are purchased within the same order, this may produce separate packaging and possibly different delivery times between items, due to:
- Some products requiring special packaging to ensure maximum protection during shipment
International orders (shipping to an address outside of the U.S.) may be subject to customs fees. Once your order arrives to your destination, postal agents may require customs fees before releasing the package(s) to you - this depends on the destination country.
